It's been awhile but after an extended leave, I'm back! Lots has happened since I last updated. First of all, I went Europe for 12 days with the girlfriend. That was a great experience and I couldn't have asked for a better travel buddy. Secondly, I passed the FAR portion of the CPA exam! Very exciting, indeed.
Now onto the bad news...on the same day I found out my CPA score, I received two traffic tickets on my way back from Houston...definitely put a damper on things. In the grand scheme of things, I'm sure the thing that I'll remember the most about that day is passing the CPA test and being happy about that but right now, the two tickets still kind of stings.
I'm also starting to feel as though I'm ready to graduate. I went to go watch some IM basketball games a couple days ago and I can't help but think that my time here has passed. My cynicism and general lack of enthusiasm towards these sorts of events are what I can only interpret as a sign that it's time to move on.
